Meet Molly
Hi, I’m Molly Bravo, founder of Wylder Space.
For years, I was caught in the hamster wheel—busy, overwhelmed, and disconnected from what truly mattered.
Everything changed when I sat down with my 88-year-old father to document his story for my son. What started as a family project turned into a six-month deep dive into our elders’ wisdom—revealing a simpler, healthier way of life that we’ve nearly forgotten.
Through these conversations, I rediscovered the time-honored food traditions that kept generations healthy, resilient, and deeply connected to their food sources.
This course is my labor of love—a way to preserve and pass down this wisdom so that we don’t lose touch with the practices that nourished our ancestors.
